Bikes are shipped 90% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, pedals, and seat, and ensure all bolts are tightened before your first ride.

How long does shipping take within the United States?

Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
