At Fatboy Mini BMX, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your ride; if your gear isn't perfect, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure the BMX bike or parts are in their original packaging, unused, and include all tools and manuals originally provided.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
